How to Request a Return or Exchange
> Request a Return for Possible "Defective" Product
Colorize accepts return of defective product within 45 days from when you received the order.
If you believe you may have a defective product, please complete the following steps:
1. Click here to Submit an RA Ticket.
2. Please fill out this form and submit it with the below information:
a. Brief description of the issue
b. Order number
c. Sku number
d. A photo to demonstrate the defective
Our Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 hours.
After reviewing your issue description and photos, if that is a technical issue, then we will advise how to solve this. If it is determined that we need to inspect the product further, we will email you the RA# and arrange the courier pickup. Once we receive the product back and have inspected it, we will contact you regarding our conclusion.
If it is determined that the product is defective, we will either send you replacement product or issue you a refund. Please note that no credit will be issued until the defective product has been returned and inspected.
> Request a Return for "Non-Defective" Product
If your purchase is not quite what you are looking for, you have got 15 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us for a refund.
Please be aware there is a 20% restocking fee on all non-defective product returns and you are responsible for shipping the product back to us (by courier).
If you would like to return non-defective product and accept a 20% restocking fee, please complete the following steps:

2. Please fill out this form and submit it with the below information:
a. Reason of return
b. Invoice number
c. Sku number
Our Customer Service representative will contact you within 24 hours to provide you with the return address and your RMA number.
Once you have been given an RMA number, make sure you will write it on the AWB. Once we receive the returned product in its original sellable condition and original packaging, we will issue you a refund minus the 20% restocking fee for the product being returned. This process may take up to two-three weeks.
** Returned product must be in sellable condition in its original packaging in order to be accepted. Items that are returned not in sellable condition, and/or not inside its original packaging will not be refunded nor returned. This includes all outer cardboard boxes, as well as all labels and wrapping materials used to protect the product. If any of these items are missing, the quality of the product is already compromised, and may be further compromised upon return transit. Therefore no refund will be given if merchandise is not in its original packaging.
Shipping costs or any other costs incurred to receive the merchandise will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for the arrangement of and paying for any shipping or packaging costs of returning the product to us in its original condition.
> Report a Shipping Claim
Damage occurred during shipping must be reported to Colorize within 3 days of receiving the order. All packaging materials must be saved for possible inspection by the related courier.
If you would like to submit a shipping claim, please complete the following steps:

2. Please fill out this form and submit it with the below information:
a. Detailed description of the damage
b. Invoice number
c. SKU number
d. Courier AWB number
e. Photos of the effected product & packaging
** ALL PACKAGING MATERIAL MUST BE SAVED FOR POSSIBLE INSPECTION BY TRANSPORT COMPANY, DO NOT THROW AWAY THE DAMAGED PACKAGING!
